So last year i broke both my wrists playing basketball, dunked two hands and slipped and hit ground very hard.

My left hand wrist grew back at an angle and thus has made it virtually impossible for me to lift without significant pain.

Anybody got any tips on workouts i can do without hurting my wrist too much?

planning on having surgery soon, don't have insurance and my family is poor so didn't have a choice

Your new goal should be to rep 2,000 lbs on the legpress with perfect depth.

Oh man.. that sounds incredibly risky  I saved up enough cash to go to the doctor.. I just work in the trades so if I have surgery I'm going to be out for awhile. So I want to save up even more, but in the meantime looking for work outs I can do

Indeed :( by far one of the biggest hurdles I've come across in my life time as I was lifting for 4 years prior to this so stopping cold turkey sent me into a depressed state for quite some time. Not fun at all man. Lifting is life :(

yep I know them feels. I had lifted and been a runner (running 6 days a week. absolutely loved it) since I was like 14. Started having horrible pain all over my body including in my spine and neck, haven't been able to do anything for a couple years now. Fibromyalgia > my life
