So my friend wants to workout with me today (she usually works out with me on Wednesday and Friday only) surprisingly, so now i have to reduce the volume and amount of sets I usually do for chest day. Can you guys recommend me a advanced chest workout that wont take too long with her? Not sure why she picked today fuck my gains.

If you're stuck for time, just to AMRAPs and superset with lower weight


Eg.
Dumbell bench 70 lbs x 10 (to failure)
No rest
Dumbbell bench 40 lbs x 10 (to failure)
No rest
Dumbbell flys 25 lbs x 10 (to failure)
Rest.

Repeat as many times as you have time for

AMRAP = as many reps as possible

yeah why the fuck are you changing what you are doing just because she is coming? are you too lazy to change the weights? load her working weight first, then load an extra plate + whatever you need to on the outside of that and just strip it off between sets. in my group we only have 3 people so far but we are done with our main lift about 20 minutes in and thats 3 people using the same bench / mono / DL bar. think a little bit you dont gotta be a dummie just cuz you lift weights.
