If you're stuck for time, just to AMRAPs and superset with lower weight
Eg.
Dumbell bench 70 lbs x 10 (to failure)
No rest
Dumbbell bench 40 lbs x 10 (to failure)
No rest
Dumbbell flys 25 lbs x 10 (to failure)
Rest.
Repeat as many times as you have time for
AMRAP = as many reps as possible
