What i do is walk or slow to moderate stairs, slow enough so that i don't have to hold onto the rails( or even bike) 5-10 minutes before i lift and take time to warm up and i'll typically use a rubber band to loosen up my shoulders and back
then after i workout i will do 15-30 minutes of HIIT cardio, my go to is the stair master, but i'll switch it up and do the bike, run, or row machine
I've come to the conclusion that i am way less susceptible to boredom when i really go into it with the right state of mind and work my ass off, it also goes by way faster
