light warm up is fine

lets be realistic not many people have the time or discipline or even the desire to travel to and from the gym twice a day haha.

but yeah, morning fasted cardio is an unreal tool that i underestimated

Yeah but if you did have time I'd say it's better. Easy to pull a hamstring doing sprints after heavy squats. If it's a jog then it's no big deal

What i do is walk or slow to moderate stairs, slow enough so that i don't have to hold onto the rails( or even bike) 5-10 minutes before i lift and take time to warm up and i'll typically use a rubber band to loosen up my shoulders and back

then after i workout i will do 15-30 minutes of HIIT cardio, my go to is the stair master, but i'll switch it up and do the bike, run, or row machine


I've come to the conclusion that i am way less susceptible to boredom when i really go into it with the right state of mind and work my ass off, it also goes by way faster B)

After or likely you'll be tired and your lifts will suffer.
