So as I've been stating here I have been insanely inconsistent in my training, I've probably been maybe 7 times in the last 2 months to the gym.
I've managed to maintain my weight, around 205, but my overall mass and strength is pretty lame right now, and well my body fat has increased obviously post comp.

Starting monday I plan on going into "contest prep" mode again, with fasted HIIT cardio and a relatively strict diet, and constant training.
only difference right now is that I'm in way less of shape as I was when i started last time, and I've been off gear for 4 months now and won't be using anything either.

I've taken before pics, but I'm reluctant to post them lol, I'm very embarrassed about my current condition, but provided I do well I will post them and hope to motivate some of you guys.

I'm hoping to look relatively similar to what I did around competition time, but obviously smaller and not as "hard".

This thread ill probably post progress, maybe stats or workouts or fasted cardio etc. Depending how it goes ill add pictures as well.

ever consider cruise? and did you get your test levels after pct? should be pretty well fully recovered by now

oh my test levels are fine
im just not interested in doing gear anymore with whats going on with my life lol

if the girl breaks my heart ill turn into a sauce donk again

Ever try keto? If you aren't worried about strength may be something to consider. With fasted cardio you get shredded quick

i dont want to diet to the extreme where i miserable again even for a second.
that was hard on me my work and my relationship

i just want to eat clean, chicken eggs rice and some shakes here and there.
i need my carbs
