So as I've been stating here I have been insanely inconsistent in my training, I've probably been maybe 7 times in the last 2 months to the gym.
I've managed to maintain my weight, around 205, but my overall mass and strength is pretty lame right now, and well my body fat has increased obviously post comp.
Starting monday I plan on going into "contest prep" mode again, with fasted HIIT cardio and a relatively strict diet, and constant training.
only difference right now is that I'm in way less of shape as I was when i started last time, and I've been off gear for 4 months now and won't be using anything either.
I've taken before pics, but I'm reluctant to post them lol, I'm very embarrassed about my current condition, but provided I do well I will post them and hope to motivate some of you guys.
I'm hoping to look relatively similar to what I did around competition time, but obviously smaller and not as "hard".
This thread ill probably post progress, maybe stats or workouts or fasted cardio etc. Depending how it goes ill add pictures as well.
