How do you guys feel about them ?!

I can't seem to put on enough weight. Thoughts on them ?
Just curious.

Been working out tons, no mass gains at all. However, my strength is going up.

Thanks.

Eat more food. Mass is fat and muscle. Mass gainer isn't going to make you any stronger, just fatter.

What do you eat now typically?

Most mass gainers are filled with cheap crap. I would be very conscious of what goes into the mass gainer you buy.

Usually it's cheaper (and healthier) to purchase whey protein at an appropriate price, oats, and other things in bulk, and make your own mass gainer.

It's also very easy to start gaining fat, and not realize it. Keeping track of your weight while upping calories can help you make better assess whether you've upped your calories to a point where you're just putting on fat.

Aside from proper sleep, and getting nutrition in check (upping calories in your case), you may want to look at your lifting routine. Some people respond better to different kinds of stimuli than others do. If your strength is going up, that's a good sign, but be open about changing your routine.

yeah as with all things there are shit tier products and good products. thank goodness for canadian_man for pointing out this gem of knowledge.

rivalus clean gainer is legit. it's also way too expensive, all the quality ones seem to be. clean whole foods #1 of course, but i'd imagine we all get ourselves in a pinch where we haven't hit our calorie mark every once in a while.

I have never heard a bad thing except people over doing it and putting on like 30 lbs in a month.

Personally I just add some then I normally wouldn't have. Extra smoothie usually.
