I walked around at a decently ripped up 175-183 lbs.... Currently 205 and still pretty ripped made roughly 23lbs of gains in last 4.5 years..... Squats = 365x5 bench = 375 X1 dl = 495x1. Legs have been my biggest gains. Don't have a photobuxket acesss anymore or I'd post pic... Miss my jsp dawgs.
