How can I improve my immune system? On my third head cold since September .

Currently take fish oil and vitamin d. Definitely lacking in vegetables but I do eat a lot of fruit

stress elimination in whatever realm possible.


more sleep (if you're waking up with an alarm clock your body wasn't done sleeping, save some clinical pathology like depression)

more fruits and vegetables (not hard to prepare some spinach or kale and put it in the fridge to add to meals)

less exercise if you're run-down

more exercise if you don't already

less smoking

less alcohol

If I don't use an alarm clock, I end up sleeping 12-14 hours straight

Literally do this 5 days/week straight too

Too much sleep. Cut yourself off at 8 hours

Only 1-2 days a week I use alarm clock. Get 8 hours most days asleep usually by 11

Already exercise

Drink maybe 1-2 times every few months.

Just took a deload week.

Never smoke

Stay hydrated, vitamin D, vitamin C, Zinc
Keep stress/anxiety at bay through good sleep, diet, yoga, working out, etc.
Foods packed with vitamins, your typical foods like kale, spinach, blueberries, blackberries, pomegranates

inject a small amount of toxin into your bloodstream every day. Black widow 10 micrograms/dL up to 100 over a period of 9 months... Black Mamba venom twice that amount over 12 months. Iocaine powder season to taste. Once a week visit a daycare and clandestinely collect no less than 12 different children of 3 different ethnic background's saliva, add to drinking water.
