It's got about a 1-2mm sole, but it looks like a running shoe, anyone know what I mean?
E/ kinda looks like a barefoot runner without toe holes
What purpose are you going to use them for? Running? If so on what terrain? Road? Treadmill? Trail? Grass? Beach?
Be careful if you are planning on running longer distances in "barefoot running shoes." A lot of people get injured with these shoes if they don't build their mileage up slowly in them. I would recommend starting off running only on the treadmill or on softer terrain at first until your feet adjust to them. Once you adjust to them though they can be great and can enhance muscles and improve posture.
I still prefer a neutral cushioned road shoe like Hoka One One Clifton 2 or Mizuno Wave Rider 19... Easier on the joints.
