Hey guys ! I'm going to gym like 4 to 6 days /weeks for like the past 4 months and half

was wondering if that '' fat loss combo '' was good ?

Whey - good
Now Adam multivati - good
OMega 3's - good
CLA - overrated


These will not make you lose weight themselves, but the whey helps with recovery, the multivit helps fill any deficiencies you may have with your diet, omega 3's have a handful of benefits from joint pain to general well being, CLA eh

If you have stalled in your weight loss, you must eat less calories, exercise more, or a combination of both
