Generally I never need anything, but I've been sick lately and not feeling as energetic as I would normally for the gym.
I usually may eat fruit like an apple or banana. I've tried C4, but it doesn't do too much. I've been told caffeine pills, but not sure how much since coffee has no effect on me either usually. Same goes for things like redbull and 5hour energy.
Beet juice for natural sustained Nitric Oxide and increased blood flow. Great for both strength and endurance training. Very salubrious.
