is this possible? I already have a good base, 5'10" about 180 pounds atm.

also i just worked out yesterday and super sore today (first time in 3 months). do i keep at it or let my body heal?

honestly it depend's on how sore you really are.. you definitely don't want to tear a muscle

but if it is just a little soreness you will be fine.. but you said super sore so i would probably skip a day

I usually work out monday-friday and rest on weekend's ... if i get really sore like you are talking about i will also take wednesday off and work out 4 days a week instead

thanks for the insight marinda, i did stretching and planning more stretching to ease soreness. going for that beach body before summertime! :drool:

Depends what you think is "ripped"

Big difference between 5% and 10% body fat
