so i do take benedryl when needed for sleep.

im wondering what else can be taken thats over the counter that helps with sleep? it seems to be linked to brain damage and id prefer to take something else if possible?

im aware that taking this stuff more often obviously increases the risk, and you may think i take it rarely. although sadly i think i take it a bit too often. i try to only use when needed, but i have such horrible sleep habits that ive tried to fix numerous times. ive made some progress but still do rely on these pills every now and then

No really though, as long as you have more mental strength than a 10 year old, you don't have to worry about addiction and make sure to only use it when you really need a good nights sleep, maybe about once or twice a week just to make sure your body doesn't become dependent on it
