blend eggs , cream cheese
poor mix in bowl
add stevia, coconut flakes or whatever you like
cook in pan with oil
-no carb pancake-
kale chips in oven drizzled with olive oil and parmesan cheese
almond flour.. use for anything you'd normally need wheat flour for.
mix a bag (or half) of shrimp with butter, cream, garlic, chestnuts and herbs in pan. make the chicken and broccoli like you normally do.. top chicken and broccoli with the garlic shrimp mix. the chestnuts add a nice crunch
also good for chicken.. throw almonds or any type of nut you like in the blender. it will crush into a fairly fine powder. put the nut flour in a bowl and in a separate bowl crack some eggs and whisk them. dip the chicken in the eggs and then coat with the nut flour. after you throw them in the pan of oil you can also add parm cheese.
I made this ^ for my mom when she was doing low carb. she liked it.
