I've been having tinnitus for several months (ringing in the ears) it lasts all day every day, high frequency pitch that I have to drown out with other noises to get any sanity

I've seen an ENT doctor, had an MRI scan, gone back for general doctor visits and blood work and so far nothing has helped me alleviate this annoying symptom

I've tried a few different medications that are supposed to help but haven't seen any changes. they were supposedly formulas made for tinnitus

so far I have altered my diet to reduce salt, fast food, processed food, alcohol, and I quit smoking over a year ago

I will note that the ringing may be in connection to tension headaches I frequently get, feels like my head is being clamped down

tried hot & cold packs and some stretches that have helped with that

no idea how I got it. for young people its usually from extremely loud noises such as working in construction, going to lots of concerts, frequently going to the gun range.. etc

but it is listed as a symptom of a variety of problems such as GERD, subluxations/misalignments in the neck/spine, heavy metal toxicity in the body (I have amalgam fillings so this is a possibility), heavy salt diets, TMJ, acoustic neuroma, etc

my bf is 10% and i'm 150 pounds and 6 feet even, I need to gain weight but I have trouble with my appetite

I was on Adderall for many years growing up, from 1st grade until I graduated high school I was on it every day and many times forced myself to eat meals

although I'm definitely not perfect and rage from time to time, i'm usually a pretty mellow and collected person. I have tried taking hot baths, using a humidifier and fan when I go to sleep, reading before bed and not looking at screens, stretching and calming my mind. it can be easier said than done when all you can hear is a high pitched ringing in your ear after a long day though

seems highly controversial at best, maybe its just a ploy for people to sell detox products but there are several sources i've found that aren't trying to peddle any products that have legitimate reputation in the dental/medical field with evidence from case studies before and after removal

Consider shoulder alignment? The imbalance could cause headaches and perhaps cause nerve issues?
Another option could be tmj or something about the muscles in that area.

Source, half blind friend with constant headaches has a shoulder drop and when he corrects it.. the headaches go away.
