Friday Full Body
Tue/Thu light cardio, stretch, foam roll, yoga, rest etc
Am I doing it right?

For a full body workout, that's mostly compound movements like a 5x5 would incorporate?

Sat; Back/Traps

How did u just go from full body 3x a week to a bro split in the same thread

burns' profile has a list of splits, I'm looking to workout any time monday through friday. got the boys on sat sun and they are too little to come to the gym with me yet... I'm doing the latter edit

solid split

doing legs and shoulders on the same day is tough, for me anyways, usually too bagged after one to do the other.
you could swap out the heavy triceps / biceps and do a better shoulder day.

just do an extra set to compensate on your light arm days.

U/L split is the GOAT. should do that instead.

great tip, and I hate 'arm days' i feel like a fuckboy going to the gym just to curl
