not sure if i should switch my routine? i currently do Monday ches/tri's, Tues back/bi's Wends leg day then i repeat thurs,fri,sat taking off on sundays. I throw in shoulders and abs when i feel up to it or late night when i get off work. i was wondering if switching to Zyzz's routine is better then my current routine? Zyzz's routine was Monday: Chest/Biceps, Tuesday: Legs/Calves, Wednesday: Back, Thursday: Shoulders/Triceps, Saturday: Full Body. any help/insight would be greatly appreciated.
