Just did a two a days where I hit shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, and a little bit of legs. I get home and slept from 10pm to 10am with no interruption. Is this normal? Can one sleep too much? Let me know

Sure people can sleep too much or too little. I've always thought that it's better to sleep too much. Sleep is the time when your muscles/system recover the most.

Your questions will really need to be answered by you or a professional. If I were you I would keep a detailed sleep log and document how you feel on a daily basis after the amount of sleep you got. Over the course of weeks you can look back and see how you performed in the gym/daily routines with the fluctuation of sleep you got.

think about how much babies and toddlers sleep and why - it's because they're growing.

of course by working out we aren't growing nearly at the same rate, but the growth requires the same kind of maintenance.

this is pretty common and i'm sure plenty of people here have heard it plenty of times before. i slept a lot for the first several months i was lifting (newbie gainz)

have you recently started lifting? if not, have you recently changed routines or increased weight/intensity of your routine?

I would look at it from a different manor.

Did the extra sleep hinder other factors in your life?

Is to much sleep going to interfere with life goals and objectives. Career, family, social, travel there are many other aspects of life that require time. Time is finite.

One can sleep to much if your objective is to not sleep and meet your other objectives.
One cannot sleep to much if your objective is to sleep.

Simple really.

I didn't lift weights for longer than usual that day. Maybe that could have led to me sleeping more. I just wanted to know if that was a symptom for something bad. I also found traces of blood in my stool and was wondering what's causing that.

To everyone saying that sleeping extra is okay.

There's a belief that oversleeping leads to gene expression and changes to your body. Just so you know.

I'm sure studies will find that staring at computer screens will cause changes in genetic expression lol...and that is a vague fucking term...changes in gene expression doesn't necessarily imply negative changes

Yeah I said that like a real dingus.

With that being said, the idea still remains the same in the fact that oversleeping can cause harm.
