whats up fam. Haven't posted here in a while.

But I feel like i may have a lack of sex drive within the last couple of months. I haven't really noticed it until I started having steady sex.

I used to wanna jerk off like 3x a day and now I'm too lazy to ever do it. Like I'm not ever horny.

I've been using pre workout supplements for the last 1.5 years religiously. I've been on c4 recently and i usually to 2 heaping scoops and then I do 2 amino acids from Optimum nutrition during my workout. I also usually start my day off with a large cup of coffee.

Do you guys think this will have correlation? It's pissing me tf off bc I haven't had a full on 100% boner for at least a month for anything. Anyone else have similar issues?

See a doctor, get your test levels checked.

Is your diet, sleep, and exercise in check? Anything notably stressful in your life?

I have had this issue temporarily here and there, and it always linked back to stress.

Stress is by far the most frequent inhibitor of sexual performance or desire. That said, constant vasoconstriction due to high levels of caffeine could be related.

take c4 before jerk, maybe it help and increase dependency

before ull know it ull be taking 20g creatine to even get hard
