again i don't know a single person that when it comes time for show prep is doing low reps.
and having one myself, what 1 of 4? people in this forum have.
higher reps skyrocketed my physique when i started doing drop sets of 8, 3-4 sets of it per exercise.
(8 reps, drop 8 reps, drop 8 reps drop, thats set 1)
i dont train that year round because its so much more work on my body, but it was truly impressive the kind of size i added in such a little amount of time while cutting.
