doing lots of hills sprints helped my mile a ton. sprint up, jog down slowly. it's so taxing that any regular running after that seems easy
alright they are definitely a lot of hills around here lol

Do you track what you eat to see you know how many calories you eat in a day?
i don't exactly track what i eat no.. i try my best to eat healthy though but as far as counting all my calories in a day i don't
usually eggs-banana for breakfast sometimes a piece of sausage to go with it.. fish for lunch or a salad with some grilled chicken... dinner is usually a steak or some pork chops.. or baked chicken breasts with some cooked carrot's and green beans
snack's is more like apple's oranges peanut's bananas spinach-greek yogurt and sometimes ill cut a tomato up and eat it

Great stuff man! The key to getting a faster mile time is to run more. If you run about 3-5 miles per week now try increasing this to 7-10 miles per week slowly over time.
You will drop your mile time SIGNIFICANTLY and feel great! Best of luck mate and congrats on the 9 minute mile.
thanks buddy and yeah i plan to try and increase my time been taking this health thing pretty serious here lately
