Turtol got really skinny, 7 weeks no gym. Getting back at it, besides oats, almond milk, protein powder, peanut butter frz fruit, what else? No weight gainer, lactose, or wheat though

Lactose free milk is bs, it has lactose in it, they just put lactase in it, which doesn't do shit for me.

I forgot about evoo, I think I'll use coconut oil instead though

cashew butter, sunflower seed butter

honey, molasses if you can take it down

if you really want calories these are solid options. eggs aren't massive on calories but if you take them down in primal raw form they pile up quickly.

are you allergic? i'm lactose intolerant and the lactase isn't quite enough. i still need a few pills if i drink it, but lactase definitely works for me.
