I am having troubles with posture, I believe. Today I have been experiencing tingling pain coming from my left shoulder, almost feels like it is coming out of my left shoulder blade or heart, through my left arm, and it stops in my elbow. Been painful all day, more-so when I sit poorly.

If the pain persists I will see someone, but I'd like to work through it.

Fyi, been cracking my back for 2 years now. Multiple times a day. Need to for relief. Stopping now.

How old? Might be too late with ossification.

There are exercises that can help, but you have to be conscious of your posture 24/7 if you want to actually fix it.

Sleep on your back.
Work your upper back/traps.
STRETCH.
Be aware of your posture and try to remind yourself to sit properly/stand etc.

It's not simply a matter of posture. Also, while I can only guess it's nothing serious, you just said that you're experiencing some of the signs/symptoms of a heart attack. My best guess is that you would benefit most by seeing a chiropractor to address your structure.

Yoga and meditation are your next best bets. If you experience inflammation then you can reduce symptoms with supplements or dietary changes (i.e, turmeric, omega 3, sour cherry, etc.).

It doesn't make much sense to suffer needlessly. If you can resolve your problem yourself within 15 minutes, that's great. If you feel better tomorrow, that's great. But if you have persistent issues then you should probably just take what I said into full consideration and make a lasting change that empowers you to take charge of your body and how you feel.
