you may want to have your bloodwork checked out. you may have a thyroid issue on the hypothyroid end of things. otherwise, you may need special work done to look at your mitochondrial health. it's also worth checking on whether you may have a parasite or an unhealthy gut biome.
if it's feeling tired that's getting you down, stay the f*ck away from anti-depressants, for the love of god. if u feel depressed as well as fatigued, anti-depressants are still not the answer. dietary, sleep and behavioral changes are in order -- that and getting yourself into a better general mental state.

if you're experiencing increased soreness with exercise you probably have too much inflammation--that or something's going on with your nerves.
everything checking out fine in a physical doesn't give you a very clear picture of your overall health. if you're experiencing fatigue and pain (physiological symptoms), you have a physiological problem to solve
