I've been using Orange Triad for years and it's about 70 cents a serving. I know there are way cheaper alternatives that are almost as good, so I've been doing some research on Labdoor.

Other than the really bad ones, the majority of them seem to be pretty close to each other in terms of dosage.

So what do you guys care about in your multivitamin? A certain vitamin? Or do you not care as long as you take one that's cheap?

I currently use the alive brand gummies like a 10 year old lol. I like gummies since I always remember to take it whereas the pills I always forget. They're also cheap and most brands have a gummy version now. If just going by cost the pills will be cheaper though. I was thinking of adding a B complex since it's really hard to get enough b12 from food if possible at all since the gi tract barely absorbs it. But idk.

i prefer getting minerals and vitamins from natural foods not synthetics. i mean i might throw in some protein powder once i can afford it

I guarantee you're not working hard enough to warrant 6 pills a day.
