Will keep weak ankles, knees, and hips at bay.



I urge everyone to do this daily for 30 seconds. May have to against a wall initially. Try to keep legs at about shoulder width. And once you're better work on getting your ankles as straight forward as possible, while pushing the knees out, and keeping your chest up / upper back straight (unlike the picture).
