cycle through a container and take a week off, rinse and repeat.

i had the most successful with mono-hydrate creatine

Where does this bro science come from? Creatine simply allows you to recover faster and therefor train harder. It doesn't make you fat at all.

Heard it helps your lifts as well besides just the recovery part
