I'm looking at maybe getting some sleeves and/or wraps.


Anybody bought some? If so what did you get and how'd you find it?

I have a full boar slingshot, which i hardly ever use apart from the time i wore it under my tshirt to cheat in the HNF bench press competition


Im actually going to take it into the gym tonight and do some extra volume with it after the main work

I think they're pretty on par with the top level lifting equipment? Comparable to SBDS etc, gonna get me a pair of gangsta wraps when my THPS break

I was looking at a ton of their stuff. It's obv all useful at certain times, but I'm wondering what the best buys are if I was to say, only buy 1-2 things.

STrong Wraps .. Gangsta wraps or?
STrong Elbow Sleeves
Compression cuff: upper body
STrong Knee Sleeves
Sling shot

Different wrist wraps will mark absolutely no difference, they are all the same

I'd compare The knee sleeves to rehbands. They are ok, SBD are better

Sling shot - I have the yellow one. No comment as haven't used it properly in my programming but it does what it's meant to do.. Help you at the bottom

I know plenty of people who use them. They're all similar.

If you only wanted a couple outta them get wrist wraps and knee sleeves, but I think SBDS are still king
