Well boys, some of you may know that I have bought my first house and the renovations have completely consumed my life the past 6 months aside from working, school, national guard, and spending time with my daughter.

Just yesterday my gf was laying in bed and I was changing. She secretly snapped a few pictures of me and showed me later because I asked what she was smiling about. Holy fuckin shit gentleman. I am scrawny as fuck. I was literally repulsed and disgusted at the sight of myself. Since buying this house I have lost 17 pounds and I look absolutely disgusting. I haven't had a means to cook food for the past 6 months but I'm hoping to get the gas lines for the stove and dryer this week or weekend!!! When looking in the mirror I noticed that I lost weight but seeing it from someone else's perspective is eye-opening. I still have so much to do on my house but holy shit I need to start eating right again and working out. I will use one of the pics that she took as my "before" and in a few months hopefully I will be back to my old self so I can post an "after". I'm not posting until I have something to be proud of though. Fuckkkkkkkkk

The house is turning out really good though! I'm updating EVERYTHING and it hasn't been touched since 1957 when it was built.

That's really funny, making a post 100% about some pictures and not posting said pictures

No time like the present. Food is easy to neglect though. Gym is the easy part.

Work full time, school full time, father also. Switching over from electric appliances to gas. Not sure what you're not sure about lol. Renovating an ENTIRE house by myself. Replacing floors, tearing down walls, building new walls, drywall install/finishing, expanded the bathroom, 100% remodel of the bathroom and kitchen. It has literally consumed all of my 'free time' since I bought it April 28th. I don't know how to run gas lines so I'm having to wait when my friend has time to do it.

Dude it's terrible. I'm ashamed of what I have let myself become. A scrawny piece of shit.

I don't necessarily have a comparably busy life as you. But I'm in the same position. Going from my fairly skinny self at 190 down to 175 now. I feel gross.

a lifestyle thing i guess.

i haven't actively worked out a long time, but will do some of my favorite workouts maybe once a week. of course i have my own boring excuses, but i think what it comes down to is what you're doing daily. is your job physically demanding? from what you describe, this renovating shit sounds like it is.

i'm going to bet you are just being too hard on yourself.

Sup my white studded belt friend.

Gratz on on the house. Good to hear you're doing so well. I'm sure there's some GREAT days ahead and, I'm gonna let you finish and all but I just gotta say

You better get the fuck back in the gym.
