Started working out exactly 6 months ago today and so far have made good progress. Going to be keeping track of my weight loss here, and any advice is more than welcome.
I currently do a 5 day split repeated, I go 7 days a week. I lift every day at 5:00pm for roughly 1.5 hours .
I don't max anything due to how new I am so I only know my max weight as the heaviest i can go while staying inside my reps. Nothing impressive on weight, but i will keep updating as any of my big lifts go up.
Bench Press : 175lbs 5 sets of 5
Deadlift: 335lbs 2 sets of 5
Squats: 235lbs: 3 sets of 5
I eat mostly the same things each day with the exception of my weekly cheat meal. my current diet is as follow:
5:30am - One serving of 100cal quaker original oatmeal and a light and fit 100cal greek yogurt
8:30am - One 80cal on the go Lemon pepper tuna packet
11:00am - One 80cal on the go Lemon pepper tuna packet
1:00pm - One 80cal on the go Lemon pepper tuna packet
4:00pm - 300-400cal atkins meal
8:00pm 300-400cal atkins meal
I started on may 12th at 292lbs

Currently I am at 236lbs
