So I browsed brought this and it got my curious:

http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=14782830&f=60

I'm currently taking whey protein as a pwo shake mixing it with water.

I've also been taking alpha amino powder to help with energy throughout the day and through my workout.

Looking for a cutting for dummies guide. I'm 6'0 205. Idk my body fat %. So far I've just been trying to drink mostly water and swap out snacks with veggies like carrots and celery. Any advice is appreciated and I will try to give donations to those who help me.

Don't pm more than once if I don't respond. I'll pm you back if I want more advice.

This 100%
I cut down to almost no carbs and a very low calorie amount per day. I take in on average 1200-1400 calories.
I don't do cardio, but I heavy lift 7 days a week for 1.5 hours a day
I went from 292 to 236 in 6 months.
