I feel like this is a dumb question, but it's something that hit me when looking up the two amino acids to purchase on amazon.

If you're already drinking proton roidshakes, then you wont be needing an amino supplement (if at all)

Whey protein concentrate, or WPC, containing about 80 percent whey protein by weight is a commonly available type of whey supplement. It contains the following essential amino acid profile measured in mg/g of protein: leucine, 105 mg; lysine, 93 mg; tyrosine, 32 mg; cysteine, 21 mg; isoleucine, 63 mg; valine, 58 mg; threonine, 69 mg, tryptophan, 18 mg; histidine, 17 mg

Wouldn't it still be helpful though? I discovered a site called anabolicmen, which reiterates most of their information from official .gov studies/research and have read from multiple sources that glutamine is a top 5 supplement

This website is your bible for supplements

https://examine.com/supplements/Glutamine/

Your top 5 supplements while staying natty would be

Creatine
Whey
Preworkout (if you need it)
Fish oil
Multivitamin

Yeah, the last site I read included those top 4 (but with glutamine replacing pre work out on their list)
Though I'm using krill oil for my omega 3s. I hope the difference isn't detrimental.

eh for me, a preworkout makes a noticeable difference. Its the difference between a good workout and a great workout

Meanwhile its very very unlikely you will notice any benefit of the glutamine but idk im just the resident troll of this sub forum

Creatine, d3, b6, b12, magnesium. I feel like it's a better investment than bcaa.

Well it won't hurt you but I don't think it will make any difference if you have your diet on point. Maybe on a serious cut. I would rather spend it on food :)

I feel you, ah man I'm so excited.
6'1 140 lbs. Can't wait to see what I can transform myself into +20 lbs with a great diet and such good supplements. (androgen receptors, probiotics, herbs, multivitamins, creatine, omega 3s, protein, foods that naturally increase T, NO, HGH, etc)
