I had some stretch marks on my biceps and front delts running into my chest. Not much, but a tiny bit.

My left bicep in the past 4 weeks has gotten quite a few all of a sudden. I haven't shot up in fat, but muscle size has increased. My bicep measurements have gone up ridiculously in 2.5 months.

Any recommendations? Cut is coming up soon, putting oil on it. Can doing full range motions like flies increase stretch marks significantly as a result of the exercise?

If they don't go away after the cut I'll consider a tattoo.

stretch marks are tears in your skin. They will never go away. They will fade however. creston does cheerleading

It's not caused by any particular movement - so no, doing full range flies isnt tearing your skin.

They're caused by rapid growth in a time period shorter than the elasticity of the skin can keep up with.

Oils dont help. Their effects are far too superficial. The only thing that will help is being lean.

Mix crest (all white no colors) and orange blossom honey mix well and rub it on generously

Let sit for 10 minutes
Repeat 2x daily for best results

lube yourself up with moisturizer an hour before your workout, has helped prevent more stretch marks on my back and shoulders
