Hopefully , so just please answer.

Been lifting for 2 years, and here are my compound numbers I know I can hit- never maxed or done 1rpm.
I weigh 155, am 18, will be 19 soon.

Bench 155ish x 5
Squat 205-210 x 5
Deadlift(haven't done in a year) was probably 225.
OHP 95x 5

My question is what routine should I follow? I can go lift 6x a week so I'm available for PPL.

My goals before summer are the squat 225 x 5
Bench 185 x 5

I want to put on mass/size more than I am worried about the numbers. So I'm wondering what type of regimen to follow. PPL/BroSplit/etc. also what exercises are crucial & how many sets per workout / muscle group. I'm all about physique rather than power lifting.

Everytime u ask this question we answer with ppl... Just find ANY program you enjoy, and stop overthinking it. The difference in gains from one routine to another is minimal, so just get in there and lift

I'm asking because people are saying that the PPL by matt Ogus probably isn't for a beginner considering hes been lifting for 10+ years so I'm not sure what would suit me better? I included my #s in there to give you a better ballpark
