So following matt Ogus PPL, noticed he doesn't have deadlifts on pulls days but he has sumo dead on leg days. Should I still throw in maybe a 5x5 deadlift on back day too or are sumo's enough?

Also, talked to a competitor at my gym and he said each muscle group should be getting 10-14 sets per Push/Pull day. Ogus only has 3-4 sets for shoulders on push day, curious if i should throw some more into it.

Sounds excessive, ~40 sets on push day? Wot the fuk

E/ why don't u try it out and then change it to suit you based on your gains? No other way you're going to learn how to do stuff, we don't know if u need more 5x5 deads, or more shoulders. You should know that
