Breakfast I do oats, granola, 2 hardboiled eggs and 3 pieces of bacon
E/ I meal prep the eggs and bacon and oats just throw in microwave, and top then with the granola
E2/ my lunch is beyond simple, Turkey sandwich, two servings of nuts and a banana
Steak seasoning usually tastes pretty good on chicken too
