Looking to make meals I can prep for break fast / lunch for work. Just bought chicken breast from the store and brown rice. What else can I throw in Tupperware for bulking season?



Any ideas for breakfast?

For lunches I'm thinking cut up chicken cubes w/ brown rice. And maybe green beans or asparagus / sweet potatoes ? Also what seasoning should I throw on the chicken?

I prep for lunch, dinner and snacks. For breakfast I usually do 4 eggs, some broccoli and a piece of whole wheat toast with natty pb on it. But I'm not bulking, so..

Breakfast I do oats, granola, 2 hardboiled eggs and 3 pieces of bacon

E/ I meal prep the eggs and bacon and oats just throw in microwave, and top then with the granola

E2/ my lunch is beyond simple, Turkey sandwich, two servings of nuts and a banana

Steak seasoning usually tastes pretty good on chicken too

this. 90 percent of food tastes the best when its fresh, aside from soups chilis and some sauces
