Heard it's the way to go for a natural lifter (1.5-2years) of lifting hear.
Need something that includes squats / deadlifts as well.
I can typically recover well so I'm not looking for anything with dumb low volume.
Ps- 'My triceps and legs need the most work'.

Google coolcicada.
I would take out shrugs though. Upper trap work is fucking dumb.
Throw deadlift into back day.
And calf raises not even once.

That's the one he was doing before aside from a couple modifications.
