For mass/strength

5 days a week (each day is a muscle group, chest/arms/back)

Or a PPL 6x a week

mass / strength are two different goals.
unless you just want to get bigger/stronger.

but building proper and proportionate muscle bellies are different from just getting bigger.

Yes bigger and stronger. My lifts are pretty weak and I want size. Been lifting for 2 years

eat like you're supposed to
and use a str program .

pretty simple.
you get out what you put in.

And the mass will come with upping the weights? Hypertrophy isn't necessary?

mass will come from training properly,
and eating in a calorie surplus.

Any links to a solid PPL routine then?
Half the time most of them have like only 1 or 2 tricep exercises but I want to definitely bring my triceps up to par. I feel like they're lacking

then do a body building program and not a ppl or strength program.
you cant have the best of both worlds

you can build strength and mass, or you can shape your muscle and put on muscle size and definition.

pick one.
