Half the time most of them have like only 1 or 2 tricep exercises but I want to definitely bring my triceps up to par. I feel like they're lacking
then do a body building program and not a ppl or strength program.
you cant have the best of both worlds
you can build strength and mass, or you can shape your muscle and put on muscle size and definition.
pick one.
