Im 5'11 and 165 , and I have some decent definition in my arms and legs
I was previously fat...like 230 lbs fat...
I am currently doing running, crunches, the abdominal machine at the gym, but the love handles and some skin on my lower stomach just won't go away, I'm not one for for gimmicks or tricks ...I don't mind the hard work, but I feel like I'm just spinning my wheels here.
My diet is pretty standard
2 bananas for breakfast
spinach, peppers , tomatos , cucumbers and a small serving chicken breast tossed in a tiny bit of low fat low cal dressing for lunch
Dinner is typically veggies, some type of protein ( chicken breast or a steak) and nacho chips with guac
sometimes dinner adjusts a bit like if the family has spaghetti ill eat that
On a standard day I run a deficit of like 200-300 cals , on running days I run a deficit of 500 cals
But I dont really need to lose a lot more weight, just got this extra skin/fat around the midsection
