Questions to you guys in the US...

1. Can local gyms force you to take drug tests?
2. Can anti-drug agencies invade your privacy and test you at any time, as long as you're a registered athlete in a sport they cover?
3. Whats the punishment for testing positive for anabolic compounds? outside of any form of competition

1. no lol. Local gym is not going to spend 100+ dollars to test a member for no reason lol??
2. Most likely if you signed something stating you wouldnt use performance enhancing drugs
3. Would depend on the sport, state, etc

As for the first point... All gym memberships in this country have it written in the membership contracts that you are not using any illegal substances and that you are obliged to take a test if suspicion arises.

One of the PTs approached my buddy and I mid-bicep curling session and 'randomly' selected us to be tested.. haha

wtf kind of gym do you go to? I would refuse the test even though i've never taken any drugs.
