Aside from citrulline and agmatine, I was looking at glycerol for pumps.
I can pick up 1 litre of vegetable glycerol for $30, which is over a year's supply.
I hear a lot of bodybuilders use glycerol prior to a show. I'm curious about glycerol as a component of a self-made preworkout.
