Current stats...

Time lifting: 5 weeks in 2 more days
Starting Weight: 218lbs
Current Weight: 222lbs
Height: 5'10
Barbell Military Press: 135 x 3 (starting week max was 95 x 5)
Bench Press: 205 x 8 (starting week max was 135 x 10)
Squat: 225 x 8 (starting week max was 185 x 5)
Straight bar curl: 95 x 10 (starting week max was 65 x 10)
Pullup: Bodyweight x 8 (weakest point right now)

Goals: Gain muscle & lose weight. Although I really need to lose weight, I'll be clean bulking through to December. I plan to cut for 3-5 months after that. Yes, I deal with some gyno (always had it, will go through with surgery when I'm financially able).

I have no idea what my fat % is. I'm guessing in the range of 25-28%.

You should've seen me 5 weeks ago. Just the same body fat %, but a lot less muscle.

I gained a fair bit of fat over the last 3 years, primarily over the last 9 months. Not total fat ass levels, but close to it. This bulk isn't really putting much fat on me, but I do have a long ways to go when I start cutting.

I will probably cut in December.

Clean bulking. 3000 calories. All good food & macros.

I should be cutting, but I probably won't go up more than 1-2% more in body fat. Not like I'll stretch anything out more than it is already.

I'm guessing I might be at about 26% bf.

I want to get the cut over with so I can get back to bulking, so I hope it'll only take me 3 months to drop to the 12-14% body fat. But I won't start that cut til December I'm guessing.
