Alright so yeah, just stared gym.

Not much fat, but could be bit more cut. And ofc more muscle !



Feeling like my shoulders are bit too much in the front..

Dunno how to fix that

My english is bad so yeah..

just time to turn it up a notch and make some gains.

I wouldn't cut much more. Eat 500 calories above your TDEE, eat around .8g of protein per body weight lb. Find a nice gym routine. It looks like you are new to lifting, so I would suggest ICF 5x5, Allpro, or Starting Strength. Lift heavy, eat, repeat. Bulk for 4-5 months, then cut
