Do you compete why use all these i dont think you actually need all these lol
I'm making some absolutely insane gains right now and I am enjoying trying some of these things.
I haven't really lifted in 3 years, and getting back into it, my bench has gone from 135lbs x 8 reps max, to 205 x 8 max. My squat is now 225 x 8, up from 185 x 5, and I'll be at 255 fairly soon at same reps. Deadlifts are same as squats. Straight bar curls have gone from ~75 x 10 to 95 x 10. I'm still shooting up at the moment. My old numbers 3+ years ago were slightly higher, but my old squat form range was not good (new form is proper). I am hopeful that I will be able to bench 255 by the end of this year for 5 reps, straight bar curl 135 for 5 reps, and squat 305 for 5 reps (aiming really high).
Those numbers are a partial combination of beginner gains from being out for 3 years, and recouping strength from maintained muscle. Size has gone up lots, appearance of fat has not gone up at all (but I estimate I have 35-40lbs of fat to lose to reach 8-10% bf, in those 3 years my weight has crept up very slowly).
With my lean muscle mass increasing at a good rate & strength increasing at a good rate, I want to supplement to keep a good thing going optimally (& naturally).

I use C4 pre workout when it's squat and deadlift day
I add extra beta alinine for extra tingles (like 2g extra) and extra creatine cos the pre only has ~2g per serve. I never double scoop
I actually wasn't too impressed with C4's ingredient list, based on the price here at least (~$50 each). It's pretty basic... seems fair (and not ridiculous on the ingredient list) if it's cheaper in the US though.
