Hi, just curious on some info for increasing my grip strength and building some more forearm.

I've done wrist curls/reverse wrist curls, and farmers walks.

Was curious on maybe some other techniques, I know there's fat gripz? Has anybody tried those and know of a cheaper off brand if these are even effective and not a gimmick? ($50 seems a bit much)

Or what about the grip cruncher things? If anybody knows any of those that are decent quality/price, and if they're at all effective?

I know I could read this stuff on the googs, but always am interested in hearing words from others!

Cheers.

For sure those grip squeezer things work well. Just start lifting heavy deads and do long holds, double over hand
