So I was doing 5x5 with 315, and had done 385 as a max before and it felt easy (weeks ago)... decided to try for 405 today after a few working sets, ended up needing my spotter to help me cause I couldn't get it, then noticed a lump in my quad (on the side kind of by the knee a few inches up). It doesn't cause me any pain to continue doing legs except when I apply direct pressure to it with my hand, after I noticed it I immediately rolled it out, and it began discoloration. It's been hours since it happened and only feels pain to press directly on the lump, and even then it's not HORRIBLE pain.. am I gonna die!?!?

Should I take next leg day off? Or continue if there's no pain?

Lol what colour is it now? Why would you try to roll out a physical lump on your leg?

It is now purple/reddish, lump is gone but it's about 4x3 inches.. minor pain when pressure is on it, idk why I rolled it, just felt like I should have lol, guess bad idea?

Idk, I mean not like I foam rolled it hard af or something I really kind of just used my hand and rubbed up and down my thigh over the area for a few minutes..

Hopefully it's fine, it's been 24 hours and my legs are just feeling how they usually do post leg day.
