Currently doing a PPL routine.
I want to gain as much mass as possible while I bulk before next summer. My legs are my most lagging body part at the moment along with my triceps.

I haven't deadlifted in forever as well.

easy. do squats, dl, and triceps. the first two are great for mass gaining as they are compound exercises.

Heard somewhere leg press and extensions are useless. Is this true?

/e hack squats are better

Technically no lift is useless.

Well except calf exercises. Nobody needs calves.

they can be added if you want to gain mass

theyre more isolated than squats so u can target specific muscles

theyre probably not worth doing if goal is to increase weights

Well if you're crunched for time, just do your big lifts and then do accessory work for muscles that aren't really hit from the big lifts. Biceps, Triceps, Delts, etc.

If you have all the time in the world, then you might as well throw in leg press and extensions. It's only going to help with the gains.

I have time, appreciate it. I probably do 15-18 sets for legs , excluding calves. Sound okay?
