So I've decided to change up my goals, from aesthetics to try my hands at a powerlifting comp.
Finished up recently with my fire calendar (no homo) so now its time to get those numbers up.
I'm aiming for a comp around december, with a total goal of 1200. As I stand currently I'm at around 965, sitting at 170ish, and like 13% bf?
Going to post by weekly lifts for the main three here, try and keep a consistent gain over the next few months and see what happens.
Current lifts are
405 DL for 3 (haven't tested 1rm)
325 squat for 1
230 bench for 1
Numbers used to be a bit higher, but that damn cut for the calendar brought me down.
