Not sure if revolution's whey protein is any good. Any input? I can get 10lbs for $75 Canadian (buy 1 get 1 50% off). Curious if this is probably the most economical way for me to pick up more protein:

http://ca.bodybuilding.com/store/revolution-nutrition/high-whey.html

The whey isolate I have right now (GNC) costs about $160 for 10lbs, so a fair bit more. But GNC does list in detail everything about their protein, unlike the product I listed above. GNC lists the exact amino acids and other things in the protein, and tests it, to show what's in the product is high quality protein & not shit. This one I'm looking at though is just 22g protein, 8g carbs, 4g fats, and who knows what kind of protein.

$160 for 10 pounds of protein LOL

Seriously, stop shopping at GNC.

4g of fat seems pretty high for a whey protein, but that's probably why it's cheaper. They aren't putting lead in it. I'm sure it's fine.

It does have stevia in it though, so RIP.

What's with stevia anyways?

Bleh. I cannot find good deals in Canada.

Went to myprotein.com... they have a 30% off sale... got myself $250 (Canadian) of products:

- More BCAA's (2.2 pounds for $24)
- 2.2 pounds of glutamine for $7.48 (got the glutamine and bcaa's since I do fasted training during my cut, and it was so damned cheap)
- 11 pounds of whey isolate for $82
- 11 pounds of miscelar casein for $84
- 5.5 pounds of whey blend for $42
- free shaker

Would've bought more but there's customs restrictions. So apparently if I buy more than 11lbs of a specific protein type it could mess things up.

Dude...

Aren't you the guy that just came back and dropped a ton on other supplements?

You don't need over half of that stuff.

Protein goes fast. The casein is just another form of protein. 11lbs of protein will last 2.5 months approx...

The glutamine and bcaa's were next to free they were so cheap. The creatine was cheap and I do need that.

Yeah I would never pay $35 for bcaas and glutamine and why would you ever buy casein?

As serialj0e said, night shakes mostly. Mix some whey protein with casein. 1-2 hours before bed alongside nuts and oats.

The casein will last me about 250-300 days (about 18-20g per night, plus a bit of whey blend).
