Just starting a thread to track my progress, and to help motivate myself along the way.
I was in an unhealthy relationship that caused me to put on a lot of weight, of which motivated me to lose it, and keep it off.

http://imgur.com/REu8yjvDuring this time, I was working out with a friend of mine, who's a personal trainer at the gym I go to. I was making what I thought to be great progress, and then they gym I was associated with started treating him poorly and unmotivated me to continue there. I lost motivation to workout for about 6 months. This is where that took me.

http://imgur.com/gsf9pKjI had always wanted a 6-pack since I was young, and my dad had told me "I tried to get one when I was young and couldn't, you wont get one" so since I was young I always thought I wouldn't be able to - my dad's gene's and mine are very similar, but I didn't let that stop me from at least trying to achieve that goal.
