Alright I have a unique issue I have what's called G6PD or (glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase) I have a somewhat rare case which makes me allergic to large amounts of Vitamin C, I can have trace amounts like milk 2% etc but I can't have something like a strawberry/oranges and other things that contain a large amount. It's something that has to do with the way my body breaks it down etc, I don't swell up I just get sick.
I'm looking for healthy options for drinks and food that don't contain Vitamin C, believe it or not that's actually a difficult task. I rarely drink pop and I do drink a good amount of water every day, but I would enjoy other options available to me. Vegetables are a struggle in general because how many of them contain Vitamin C.
